Henry C. Reid & Son Jewelers, with locations in Fairfield and New Canaan, Conn., will be collecting donations for victims of Hurricane Sandy.
Customers are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items, clothing, and toiletries to 1591 Post Road in Fairfield during store hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. All donations will benefit the community organization Operation Hope.
“As a long-time small business in Fairfield, we stand by our friends and neighbors as they deal with challenges in the coming weeks and months ahead of recovery and re-building,” Greg French, co-owner of Henry C. Reid & Son Jewelers, said in a statement.
