The Pantone Fall 2014 Fashion Color Report serves as an overview of designers’ color choices in new clothing collections. The colors are important for jewelers to know so they can help customers successfully color-block accessories. Here are five ways to color-block with Pantone’s Royal Blue.

Royal Blue is “both evocative and dignified,” according to Pantone. It also “provides more complexity and excitement than the average navy while still remaining versatile.”
1. Pair Royal Blue–colored garments with white for a refreshing summery effect.
