
Clientbook, which makes customer relationship management software for jewelers, has recruited two industry veterans to its executive team.
Brad Campbell (left), who has extensive experience in both wholesale and retail jewelry, was named vice president of business development. In his new role, Campbell will expand the Lehi, Utah–based company’s brand partnership program.
Most recently Campbell served as chief operating officer of Harry Ritchie’s, where he rolled out the Clientbook platform across the 16-store chain. He’s also worked as regional sales manager at Gabriel & Co. and vice president of sales for Sarine.
John Liebler, who has spent over 35 years in jewelry retail operations, was named Clientbook’s vice president of operations. He will oversee operational efficiency and work with jeweler clients to leverage the platform.
Liebler previously was a strategy consultant for Hannoush Jewelers, chief retail officer for e-tailer Clean Origin, and a longtime vice president at Signet.
