Dr. Charles D. “Chuck” Lein has told Charles & Colvard he is retiring and will not run for reelection to the company’s board, the moissanite manufacturer said in a release.
He will continue to serve on the board until May.
Lein served as president and chief operating officer of Stuller until retiring from the position in 2009.
