Leiggener previously headed international sales at Maurice Lacroix

Armin Strom, the Swiss watch manufacturer, has appointed Christian Leiggener (pictured, right) sales manager international.

Leiggener is a 16-year veteran of the watch industry. He was most recently head of international sales at Maurice Lacroix.

“We are delighted that such a competent and experienced professional as Christian Leiggener is joining us,” said Sebastian Marten, head of sales and marketing, in a statement. “He will do a great deal to enhance popularity of the Armin Strom brand and its prestige.”

Marten also noted that company’s foremost objective is to expand distribution.
