Charles & Colvard, Ltd. announced Friday that because the closing bid price of its common stock has been at or above $1.00 per share for at least 10 consecutive trading days as of December 3rd , the company received notification from the Nasdaq Stock Market Listing Qualifications Department that the company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price rule.
