Castaldo Products Inc., Franklin, Mass., manufacturer of jewelry molding rubber for lost-wax casting of precious metal jewelry, has purchased the assets of Western Wax Inc., manufacturers of Plast-O-Wax jewlery injection wax.

The purchase offers great convenience for users and distributors of the two jewelry products worldwide, since they are used together and can now be purchased and shipped together, the companies said in a statement.
