Reuters reports that Cartier is suing a so-called flash-sale website for damaging the Cartier brand. The luxury-goods company accuses HauteLook of selling damaged and second-hand Cartier products without permission.
Flash-sale sites typically offer discounted luxury goods for a limited amount of time.
