MVI Marketing partnered with CaratLane to provide an online
diamond platform with approximately 120,000 GIA, AGS, or IGI certified diamonds.
The CaratLane diamond platform is a way for jewelry retailers
to hold their profit margins while competing with Blue Nile on diamond sales.
Based on a just-in-time supply and manufacturing model, the
free service offers product, systems, and sales data analysis to help retailers
sell more diamonds.
“We feel we have developed the best system for the store
sales associate to quickly and easily find and sell any diamond their customer
may request, all with a few strokes of their computer keys and right in front
of their customer, if they want,” Mithun Sacheti, CaratLane’s CEO, said in a
statement.
