The time is here for jewelry designers and manufacturers to enter their creations into the 2018 JCK Jewelers’ Choice Awards, an annual design competition that has long been an industry favorite. With a new and improved online-only entry, as well as increased marketing support for entrants, the contest for 2018 is better and more exciting than ever.
For the first time, JCK has moved the timeline of the contest to allow for more integration and visibility for its winners and finalists during the JCK Las Vegas show, with announcements being made in the May 2018 issue of JCK magazine.
There’s massive exposure opportunity for all entries: All will be featured in the Jewelers’ Choice Awards voting guide section of the January/February 2018 issue of JCK magazine, while a “Vote for Us” marketing package includes email blasts, digital display ads, and website images. Winners of and finalists in the contest will see year-round inclusion on the JCK Jewelers’ Choice Awards page on JCKonline.com and a feature in the “Best of the Best” Jewelers’ Choice Awards supplement to the May 2018 issue of JCK magazine, as well as an awards logo and collateral materials. Finally, winners are included in the May 2018 issue of JCK magazine (with the grand prize winner on the magazine’s cover), and they are given additional exposure including name and booth number promotion, on-site meter boards, and inclusion in a video display at the JCK Las Vegas show, and more.
Entry categories range from diamond and colored gemstone jewelry (now including a separate, special, lab-grown category), platinum, men’s jewelry, bridal design, price point, and more. Entries are being accepted now through November 17, when the entry period will close to allow voting to begin in December.
