Britt’s Pick: Pink Topaz Eye Ring by NeverNoT

There are many reasons why I love this ring by NeverNoT, the London-based jeweler whose pieces excite with their brightly colored designs. They just may be the reasons why you’ll love it, too.

For starters, if you’ve seen my engagement ring (I guess since it’s a combination of my engagement ring and wedding band now, I should call it a wedding ring?), you’ll see some similarities. They both have a rounded, dome-like design, in rich yellow gold, set with a collection of stones that sparkle. NeverNoT’s version sits way larger on the finger, an almost cocktail ring of sorts, but it’s still low profile and super wearable, with that chunky gold goodness built in. It’s very much in line with styles that are in demand right now.

Speaking of things in demand—talismans. This one features a likeness of the evil eye, an icon many consumers have long been enamored with, and in times like these, even more so. NeverNoT introduced its eye ring design back in March during Paris Fashion Week, and since then, it’s added new enamel variations to the mix. They’re arguably even more striking, with combinations like white and purple enamel surrounding blue topaz and fire opal. But it’s this golden version that spoke to me most.

At the center of this eye—the design is dubbed Ready to See You—is a gorgeously pink round topaz, beautifully accompanied by five pear-shape green tsavorites. The center stone is the birthstone of November, another reason this ring is incredibly timely.

I know that if I were celebrating a birthday this month (or even purchasing a gift for myself for Thanksgiving, shall we make that a thing?), I’d be beyond thrilled to receive this. And for those gearing up to fulfill some holiday wishes, this is one eyeful a giftee will never forget.
