Just try to resist the color of this pair
The pull of this pair of earrings is positively magnetic. I am smitten with these particular shades of green—dark, minty, leafy—and combined, they produce fireworks. Aaron Henry has taken a fairly straightforward design—the oversized halo made to look almost floral—and turned it into something truly spectacular, with a brilliant assortment of green sapphires rotating around a rich green tourmaline center. The pair is sizable, too, with almost 7 cts. t.w. of tourmaline, but not so large that they couldn’t be worn each and every day (which is exactly what I would recommend to the owner of these). Imagine the fun one could have with these as her accessory: They pop against black, take on an earthy look with neutral shades, and just picture this with a bright pink ensemble. Magic. They are themselves a neutral, or at least a bit chameleonic, in that I can’t think of a single color or style of clothing that these wouldn’t alight. Never (or, rarely) have I been quite so moved by a combination of color before, and I just want everyone to enjoy them as much as I do.
