Breguet’s Classic Chronométrie watch won top honors—the Aiguille d’Or—at the 2014 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève in Geneva on Oct. 31.
The awards, in their 14th year, celebrate excellence and innovation in watchmaking with 16 prizes awarded by a jury of watch-industry professionals. There is also a public prize, based on votes cast online and at international exhibitions. The winner of this year’s public prize was awarded to Breguet’s Classique Dame.
“These exceptional results signal Breguet’s outstanding comeback at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG),” Breguet said in a statement.
