The Northeast retailer has 44 locations
Boscov’s, the Northeast department store chain, has added Charles & Colvard’s moissainite jewelry, called Charles & Colvard Created Moissanite, to the jewelry display counters at all of its locations.
There are 44 Boscov’s stores in New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Ohio.
“Bringing our fine moissanite jewelry to Boscov’s for this upcoming holiday selling season is very exciting,” said Marvin Beasley, president and CEO of Charles & Colvard.
“This is a great opportunity for Boscov’s department stores, as we believe that Charles & Colvard Created Moissanite is a fantastic incremental business for our fine jewelry department,” said Tejmohan Sawhney, vice president, jewelry at Boscov’s.
JCK’s Rob Bates spoke to Charles & Colvard CEO Marvin Beasley in March, and Beasley noted that landing a “major brick-and-mortar account” was a goal before the end of 2015. “Landing an account like that can change the dynamics of your business,” he said.
