Blue Nile reported Thursday reported net sales of $302.1 million in 2009, compared to $295.3 million in 2008, an increase of 2.3%. 

Net sales for the fourth quarter increased 20 percent to $102.9 million from $85.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2008.
