On Oct. 16, Ernest Blom was elected president of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses at the 24th World Diamond Congress in Mumbai.
Blom, who had previously held the position, succeeds Avi Paz, and will serve for two years.
In a speech, Blom said he was “very honored and humbled … I am committed to take on this task and can assure you that I will give nothing but my best to make it a success.”
