Jim Grohn, president of Belle Étoile, has retired from the position, he announced on Facebook.

“[I’m] looking forward to some well-deserved down time,” he said on the social network.

Grohn was appointed in November 2010. He previously served as executive vice president at A. Jaffe, and director of sales at Hearts On Fire.

A company spokeswoman said that the company is not looking to fill his position for the time being.

“We at Belle Étoile will be sad to see Jim go,” added company chief financial officer Penny Thamkul. “We thank him for his contributions to the growth of Belle Étoile and it has been an honor to work alongside him for the past two years. We respect the fact that has taken some personal time, and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.”
