Rudy Chavez, longtime president of Baume & Mercier North America, is leaving the watch brand to become a vice president of Cartier, JCK has learned.
Chavez joined Baume & Mercier in 2003 as vice president of sales. He became president of the brand’s North American division in 2006.
Neither Baume & Mercier nor Cartier had an official comment at press time.
