BA Ballou Closed, But Plans to Reopen

There has been a lot of talk about what’s going on with B.A. Ballou, the 130-year-old findings company based in Providence.

The company is  currently in receivership, and closed. However, a company executive tells me that next week it hopes to reopen under a temporary management agreement, which is meant to lead to a long term solution. The company also hopes  to resume shipping and manufacturing next week.
