It’s Day Four of JCK Las Vegas and I’m still standing. Actually, I’m sitting on my couch at THEhotel at Mandalay Bay, watching the fourth and final episode of JCK TV, our original programming live from the show floor.
It’s the third year we’ve produced JCK TV—a 30-minute daily episode that runs on channels at the hotels where JCK attendees are staying—and, at the risk of tooting our own horn, it’s better than ever. My cohost, publisher Mark Smelzer, and I have spent the past four days zipping around the show, drawing attention to the events and personalities that caught our eye.
And this year, senior editors Jennifer Heebner, Rob Bates, and Emili Vesilind are our featured correspondents. They’ve checked out the latest designer jewels, interviewed dignitaries (including Philippe Mellier of the De Beers Group, the first CEO from that company to make an appearance at JCK Las Vegas!), and spoken to retailers about what they’re buying.
