The Shanghai-based Yinren Group has announced it will buy the Antwerp Diamond Bank from parent KBC.
Financial details of the deal, which is still subject to regulatory approval, are not being disclosed.
The ADB brand, management team, and operations will be maintained, and headquarters will remain in Antwerp.
As part of the deal, ADB will close its New York City office.
