Angelina Jolie’s Jewelry Collection to Benefit School in Afghanistan

Style of Jolie, Angelina Jolie’s jewelry collection in collaboration with Robert Procop, was unveiled to U.S. consumers on April 3 at Tivol of Kansas City, Mo.

The collection features certified Colombian vivid green emeralds as well as semi-precious jewels, such as tourmalines and citrines.

“Angelina was drawn to the color and magnificence of emeralds, being natural gems and reflecting the rich colors of the earth,” Procop says.

One hundred percent of profits will go toward Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, a nonprofit that recently built a school in Afghanistan.

“There is a distinction to the collection, when you look at it, you recognize that it is Style of Jolie,” Procop says. “It was always our intention to create something of beauty but more importantly with meaning: 100 percent of the profits from the Style of Jolie are given to the charity.”

Style of Jolie’s second U.S. debut will be at Donoho’s Jewelers in The Woodlands, Texas.

“It’s very important to give back and I am so honored to have been a part of Angelina’s heartfelt mission of providing for these children in need,” Procop says. “My greatest hope is that we will be able to continue to offer funds through this collection to build these schools and continue giving children a chance at an education, which is the most important thing.”
