Alor Swiss Watches, based in San Diego, has announced the appointment of Marvin Scherzer as senior vice president of sales of its timepiece division.

Alor Swiss Watches are the newest offering from Alor International, the maker of Charriol jewelry in North America.

Scherzer spent more than 12 years at Di Modolo International, where he was a co-founder and served as executive vice president of sales and marketing. He was also at Raymond Weil Genève for 12 years, in the role of vice president of sales.

“We consider ourselves fortunate to have Marvin on board at Alor Swiss Watches,” Ori Zemer, a principal in the company, told the press.
