AIS Debuts AiFasTrak

The weeklong online valuation appraisal course will be broadcast in three live sessions in July

Appraisers International Society (AIS) is debuting its online valuation appraisal course with three live weeklong sessions in July.

The European course begins July 11 and runs through July 15; the Western Hemisphere course will run July 18–22; and the Pacific course will run July 25–29.

The course, AiFasTrak, consists of 40 class room hours and is an accelerated version of the organization’s AiCore-1 Appraisal and Valuation Principals and Procedures course. It will all be taught and broadcast live from New York City by Elly Rosen, the founder and owner of AIS Group.

Students who successfully complete the course will receive the AIS Member title.

“AIS educational programs are especially dedicated to those who wish to take valuation and related appraisal services to the pinnacle through education, testing and certification providing the tools and expertise to handle any assignment around the globe,” said AI governance chair Bill Korst in a statement.
