The American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) plans to hold its second 2022 GemFair Sept. 8–11 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
AGTA GemFair Denver will be a component of Sparkle & Joy, a pavilion in the HardRock Summit, the consumer-oriented fair dedicated to gems and jewelry.
This year, the HardRock Summit will house all its pavilions—Sparkle & Joy, AGTA GemFair Denver, the Denver Gem & Mineral Show, and the mineral- and fossil-oriented Evolution show—under one roof at the Colorado Convention Center.
“Our first AGTA GemFair Denver show, in 2021, was a great show,” said Douglas K. Hucker, CEO of AGTA, in a statement. “It came at the perfect time of the year for retailers to stock up for their holiday sales.”
AGTA plans to hold its GemFair Tucson next month as scheduled, Feb. 1–6, at the Tucson Convention Center. The show will be held in accordance with COVID-19 protocols, which include an indoor mask mandate.
