The
American Gem Society, in partnership with VeriChannel, has launched a
specialized search engine for diamonds graded by the AGS lab, the two parties
announced May 2.
The
online service is integrated into the members-only section of the AGS website
and the VeriChannel platform. The “AGS Diamond Search” includes a database of
stones uploaded by AGS suppliers, as well as stones uploaded directly from the
AGS Lab, immediately after being graded. They are searchable by the standard
criteria, including color, clarity, and shape.

by Polygon founder Jacques Voorhees and former GIA president William E.
Boyajian, lists “freshly graded” diamonds on its site and in its Daily Diamond Report newsletter.
