The American Gem Society Laboratories announced an expansion of its laboratory grading capacity over the past year to maintain its consistent “less than five day” turnaround time on diamonds.
The AGS Laboratories has maintained turnaround times at less than five working days throughout 2011, and anticipates this continuing in 2012.
The announcement comes on as turnaround times at the GIA lab have expanded to four to six weeks.
