A. Lange & Söhne, the German fine-watch brand, will open its first New York location on Sept. 25. 

The two-story, 2,565-sq.-ft. boutique on Madison Ave. will feature a small library and watchmaker’s workstation. The store will be the brand’s second in the U.S.—there is also a Palm Beach location—and 13th in the world. The watches are also available at 18 authorized retailers in the U.S.

“The new location is an important element of our international sales strategy. With the opening of our New York boutique we are taking another step on our way to develop a network of own-name stores in the major shopping conurbations of our key markets in Europe, Asia, and America. We are looking forward to welcoming friends and collectors to our new home of time on Madison Avenue,” said Gaetan Guillosson, president of A. Lange & Söhne North America, in a statement.
