A Guide to JCK Talks’ 101 Sessions

On Thursday June 5, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the JCK show is offering the equivalent of a university course in jewelry retailing through a series of seven 45-minute-long JCK Talks 101 educational sessions that are free for all attendees.

Every session takes place in the same spot: Venetian Room 101 on Level 1.

Whether you’re a jewelry newcomer just getting started in retail or an industry veteran keen for a refresher course, these bite-size classes are guaranteed to spark ideas, motivation, and dare we say joy!

11 a.m. — How to JCK… from the Experts!
Join the JCK team for a session on making the most of your JCK experience. Learn how to navigate the show efficiently, take advantage of essential resources, and get insider tips for success. Plus, bring your questions for a live Q&A with the team.

12 p.m. — Transforming Jewelry Retail: Monetizing Services for Customer and Revenue Growth
What if the future of jewelry retail isn’t just about selling products, but about selling services that drive lasting customer relationships and revenue? This panel brings together executives from retail, insurance, and financial services to explore how businesses can monetize value-added services like financing, buy-now pay-later, insurance, and concierge offerings.
