I had a chance to check out the JA New York Show, March 1–4, and was pleasantly surprised by several of the vendors. Here are five snaps I took at the show of noteworthy pieces. Pieces in sterling silver, bronze, and diamonds are from Shannon J. Koszyk. This designer is new to me, and her work has a heavy carved look that reminds me of a quality akin to a Scott Kay that’s lighter on details. Most price points are low, and a number of lifestyle stores are carrying her work with successful sell-through.
Silver rings with rhodium and gemstones from Euphoria New York. The finish on these is so bright that it took me 10 minutes to get a clean shot!
Sweet shield-shape pendant necklaces in 14k gold from GK Designs Jewelry start at $375 retail.
Drop earrings in 18k gold with green amethyst by Sofianni. These were an instant hit with a few of my higher-profile Instagram followers, including @kyleeditor (accessories director for Marie Claire magazine) and @toddreedjewelry.
Monocle necklaces in sterling silver and 18k gold by Erica Molinari are so pretty—the silhouettes look like elegant picture frames—and they actually magnify!
