5 Fashion-Forward Ear Adornments for Fall

From ear cuffs to climbers to the single earring or a mismatched pair, our ears have gotten a lot more expressive lately. For those who have yet to warm up to the trend, or who’ve even dismissed it, I get it. I myself even thought that the appearance of ear cuffs last year was quiet enough that it would wane come 2014 (but I didn’t want it to!). Instead, the trend exploded, and I feel pretty good about the idea that it isn’t going away anytime soon.

The look popped up every so often on the red carpets in the past couple of seasons, but in my opinion it was solidified at Monday’s Emmy Awards ceremony, during which a huge number of stars seemed to forgo the traditional (awe-inspiring) show-stopping drop earrings for a more fashion-forward look. The idea of an ear adornment of sorts of course isn’t anything new; some designers have been creating them for years and then some. But it’s gone Top 40, mainstream, worldwide. How not to get lost in love, with all of the new designs coming to the table? There’s truly something for everyone, from those who take bold fashion risks to the more demure, sporting a simple pair of mismatched studs. So if you haven’t stocked any yet (or maybe you need more!), here are 5 of my most recent favorites for your store.
