The hint of spring—daffodils are blooming in some parts of the country!—brings with it street sightings of the fashions we saw on the spring 2013 runways. Think flirty accents like peplum and V necklines, fresh interpretations of bohemian styles, and the occasional ruffle, among other looks that a subtle earring silhouette can smartly accessorize.
