Opportunities for women and nonbinary creators in the jewelry industry have never been more abundant than they are now. We highlight a range of mentorship, scholarship, and training programs designed to help women help themselves. As a newbie to the jewelry industry, Jessica Hargwood found herself scrolling through the GIA website, her heart sinking as she read about work experience she didn’t yet have, but very much needed, to land a job.
