Gucci has appointed Stéphane Linder, a watch veteran who most recently headed TAG Heuer, president and CEO of its timepieces and jewelry division.
Linder spent 20 years with TAG Heuer, serving as president and CEO from 2013 until 2014. He also served as vice president of North American sales and vice president of marketing and design.
Gucci president and CEO Marco Bizzarri said in a statement that “watches and jewelry represent key strategic categories” for his brand, which is owned by luxury conglomerate Kering.
