Rings in the Dancing Diamonds Pebbles collection pack a big romantic punch—and not just because they are commitment rings. Designer Rona Fisher aims to capture the effect of rushing water over pebbles and reflections of sunlight in the 12-SKU collection that the Philadelphia-based artist debuted earlier this year. And because of the asymmetrical placement of pebble motifs and diamonds, Fisher’s eye on the 18k gold, palladium, and silver styles sees dancing stones.
“The jewelry feels very old due to the hammer texture, and is organic with an urban edge,” observes Fisher. “I think of the pebbles as a pathway in various colors of precious metals, for the variety that life can offer should one be feeling a little adventurous!”
Rose-cut diamonds and rubies help pave Fisher’s fantasy walkway in miniature, and retail prices start at $625 for bands and $1,825 for diamond engagement rings. Pieces ship in September, and buy-in is eight pieces.
