Jewelers 24 Karat Club of Southern California Names 2016 Honorees



Nikhil Jhaveri, Mary Todd-McGinnis, and Jen Cullen Williams will receive awards at the organization’s October fete

The Jewelers 24 Karat Club of Southern California has announced its 2016 honorees, who will be recognized at its 72nd annual dinner dance and gala in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Nikhil Jhaveri and Mary Todd-McGinnis will be honored with the Excellence in Service award. Jhaveri is president of the Jhaveri Diamond Corp. and Elan Luxury Collections, both based in Los Angeles. He is also the president of the Diamond Club West Coast and a member of the executive committee of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses.

Todd-McGinnis is the vice president of sales and training at Ben Bridge Jeweler of Seattle. She has previously been honored by both the Women’s Jewelry Association and the American Gem Society.

“Nikhil and Mary have both made tremendous impacts in our industry and exemplify a high standard of professionalism, business ethics, and a commitment to excellence, true to the 24 Karat Club’s mission,” said Niveet Nagpal, the club’s president, in a statement.

Jen Cullen Williams, managing director of Luxury Brand Group in Orange County, Calif., will receive the Rising Star Award.

“The Rising Star Award was created to honor a young leader who has shown a passion and commitment for the betterment of our industry,” said Nagpal. “Ms. Williams is very deserving of this honor as she is one of the most gifted and dedicated professionals in our industry.”
