Rocket Jewelry Box Inc., Bronx, N.Y., has acquired Redbox Corp. of Los Angeles, a supplier specializing in diverse lines of packaging and stock and custom displays for both retailers and manufacturers. The four-generation Rocket Jewelry Box is a leading suppliers of packaging for jewelry and watches, and Redbox is noted for creative styles of jewelry packaging and display materials. Rocket Jewelry Box president Mike Kaplan says the acquisition will greatly broaden the firm’s scope and product line.
