Vacheron Constantin’s Internet site (www.vacheron-constantin.com) was selected as an “Official Honoree” at the 2006 Webby Awards, bestowed for the quality of a website’s structure, ease of navigation, design and functionality, reports the WorldTempus Web site.
The Webby Awards, called the “Web Oscars” by Time Magazine, are presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts, based in New York City. This year’s awards, the tenth, had a record 5,500 entries from more than 40 countries, including those from the World Bank, Mercedes-Benz, l’Oréal, Google, UNICEF, Sony and BBC News.
