Tiffany & Co is buying U.S. handbag maker Lambertson Truex, in an attempt to add handbags to its offerings, Reuters reported.
According to a report in Women’s Wear Daily, Richard Lambertson and John Truex will join Tiffany to develop leather accessories for Tiffany.
Ten-year-old Lambertson Truex filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in March.
