Lab-grown diamond jewelry brand With Clarity has partnered with celebrity stylists Danielle O’Connell and Alix Gropper on a holiday campaign, kicking off a new long-term creative collaboration that taps into the stylist duo’s accessories knowledge, storytelling power, and jewelry expertise.
With Clarity creative director Kirby Rodriguez, who directed the Danielle and Alix holiday campaign, says the women were ideal collaborators for the brand because they appreciate jewelry’s ability to complete a look and they know the brand well, having styled its jewelry pieces for many of their clients. He adds that they have that indefinable on-camera quality that shows their personalities and artistry.
“Danielle and Alix embody the woman we design for—confident, stylish, and quietly elevated. There’s an ease to the way they build a look, and that authenticity was something I wanted reflected in this partnership,” says Rodriguez.
This is With Clarity’s first creative collaboration, he notes. The campaign debuted in the company’s stores and on its website and social media in late November.

“What resonated with me most is how they treat jewelry as the emotional core of an outfit. To them, it’s never just an accessory; it’s part of the woman’s story,” Rodriguez says. “That’s the same philosophy that guides my creative direction. And there’s history here: They were selecting our pieces for clients long before any cameras were involved. That kind of organic connection can’t be manufactured.”
Rodriguez joined With Clarity in 2023 as founder and CEO Anubh Shah sought to boost the brand’s visual identity and explore new, more experimental ways to market its jewelry. Rodriguez had previously led creative teams at W Magazine; O, the Oprah Magazine; and women’s clothing and accessories retailer Talbots.
“Doing this campaign documentary-style is our way of moving away from overly staged jewelry imagery,” Shah says. “Instead, we are capturing real moments, real expressions, real collaboration. Kirby’s vision was to bring the creators to the forefront, to highlight the people behind the artistry.
“It’s raw and candid, mirroring the real moments our customers experience when they choose and wear our jewelry. It’s the opposite of posed perfection, and it aligns with our belief that jewelry is meant to be lived in,” Shah adds.

While stylists usually work behind the scenes, Rodriguez says O’Connell and Gropper were naturals on camera—their creative bond is strong, and they kept the mood light and relaxed on set. Plus, he says, the campaign’s theme, “Day to Night,” is right in their wheelhouse, as they often have to run from set to an evening event and look great throughout.
“When someone naturally connects with your designs, the energy shifts. Things feel real, not forced, and that’s exactly what happened with Danielle and Alix,” Rodriguez says. “Working with them didn’t feel transactional. It felt like a genuine exchange of ideas. When collaborators truly get your pieces, the whole process becomes effortless and honest.”
Shah agrees. He says jewelry is the most powerful when it is connected to real people and real moments.
“Danielle and Alix have a rare combination—impeccable taste paired with an innate understanding of how jewelry interacts with high fashion. Their styling is intentional but effortless, it’s elegance with depth,” says Shah.
The duo’s red-carpet and media work gives their followers ideas for building looks, and their process aligns with With Clarity’s mission to make meaningful, beautifully designed jewelry accessible for everybody, Shah says.
“This collaboration is rooted in human connection, not just between two brands but between people: Kirby Rodriguez as our creative director, and Danielle and Alix as stylists who genuinely love and understand our pieces,” Shah says.
“Working with respected voices in fashion elevates our storytelling, pushes our creativity, and helps us showcase the emotional meaning behind each piece—not only how it looks, but how it lives and creates confidence.”
