Six-year-old Asha by ADM is a high-end bridge jewelry line headquartered in New York City. Styles are largely offered in 14k gold vermeil, and manufacturing takes place in Thailand, Florence, Italy, and New York City. Retail prices start at $250, and all items feature genuine stones. So far, the line is in 60 doors nationwide, including Fred Segal and Saks Fifth Avenue, owner and designer Ashley Dodgen-McCormick told JCK during a market visit several weeks ago.
Both a seasoned jewelry stylist and I were impressed at how well made pieces are: The items have weight to them; plating is a minimum of 3 microns of gold (the FTC minimum is 2.5 microns); and the finishing looks clean (e.g., mother-of-pearl selections are neatly cut). JCK even pulled in a few pieces to photograph for our May Fashion issue.
For big fresh looks in real materials and great price points, store owners might want take a closer look at Asha by ADM. Her earring selection, in particular, is wide and deep; for example, cute studs start at $250 and prices top out at a $2,200 pair of rock crystal quartz earrings.
