David Warren (pictured), who had previously served as international director of Christie’s, has been appointed CEO of Moussaieff Jewellers.

Warren has worked at Christie’s since 1978. He most recently served as senior international director of jewelry and head of jewels, Middle East.

“David will steer the company into a new era, a very different world, where his experience at Christie’s will be invaluable,” said owner and manager Alisa Moussaieff in a statement. Warren will report to her.

“I am delighted to join Moussaieff, one of the world’s most prestigious family-run jewelry businesses, to lead them through this most challenging time and to grow the company in exciting new directions,” Warren said in the same statement.
