Longtime Tiffany General Counsel to Retire

Patrick B. Dorsey, general counsel and secretary for Tiffany & Co. for the past 29 years, is retiring from the company May 22.

Upon his retirement, Leigh M. Harlan will be promoted to senior vice-president, secretary and general counsel, with responsibility for the company’s worldwide legal affairs.   

Harlan, 37, came to Tiffany in 2012 from law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore. She has a master’s degree from Harvard University and a law degree from the Duke University School of Law.
