Overnight Mountings has purchased the assets of Satco Casting at an auction.
Satco is a caster of precious metals for the jewelry industry.
Overnight president Jeff Adwar said his company will service all existing Satco customers, and his goal is “to rebuild the Satco brand.”
While some of the Satco’s corporate, sales, and customer relations functions will be handled by Overnight, the staff that did casting and manufacturing will be retained.
The purchase includes the Plaza Bracelet Co., which wholesales tennis-style bracelets.
