The Signet Jewelers announced on Sept. 4 that its board of directors has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend.
The dividend is $0.15 per share payable on Nov. 26, to record holders of Signet shares on Nov. 1, with an ex-dividend date of Oct. 30.
In its earnings data reported on Aug. 29, the company reported $0.84 earnings per share for the quarter, beating the analysts’ consensus estimate by $0.01.
