JCK Wins Three Gold 2012 Pearl Awards

On Nov. 5, JCK was honored with three first-place Pearl Awards, the awards for excellence given by the Custom Content Council.

JCK received Gold Awards for Best Overall Editorial (less than 50,000 circulation) and Best Achievement of Corporate Objectives (business-to-business). Senior editor Jennifer Heebner’s series on ruby treatments, “Red Alert” and “Ruby Ruse,” also won the Gold for Best Feature Article or Package.

Jane Ottenberg, co-CEO of TMG Custom Media, which publishes JCK, was honored with the John Caldwell Lifetime Achievement Award.

JCK also won numerous Silver awards, including one for the Strategy: Best Return on Investment category; JCK and JCKonline.com nabbed a silver for Best Integrated Print and Web Program; and the JCK e-newsletter won the silver for Best E-Newsletter. JCK’s Rock Star series won the bronze for Best Video.

The ceremony took place at the Liberty Theatre in New York City.
