DGSE Companies, owner of the Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange chain, has appointed James J. Vierling to serve as its CEO, president, and chairman of the board.
Vierling replaces William H. Oyster in these positions.
DGSE Companies wholesales and retails jewelry, diamonds, fine watches, precious metal bullion, and rare coin products through its Bullion Express, Charleston Gold & Diamond Exchange, Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange, and Southern Bullion Coin & Jewelry operations.
Since 2009, Vierling, 50, has been the president of DBA Southern Bullion Coin & Jewelry, a now–wholly owned subsidiary of DGSE.
