Brands LLC and United Brands Worldwide today announced the appointment of Gary
Jorgensen and Barry Kivel as directors of project development for United Brands
Worldwide. They will assist with retail projects and brands including Gameplan
Concepts, developed with jewelry designer LAMONT, and Patrick Nagel Jewelry,
Luxury and Fashion, a lifestyle brand inspired by the artist Patrick Nagel.
Prior to his
current position as president of Jorvel Solutions, Jorgensen advised and worked
with Wilkerson & Associates, Silverman Jewelers Consultants, Jacobson’s
Department Stores, Friedman’s Jewelers, and others. He also owned an independent jewelry store.
Prior to his
current position as COO of Jorvel Solutions, Kivel worked on disposition closures
including the Montgomery Ward store closures, The Broadway Department Stores,
Jacobson’s Department Stores, and Ross-Simons Retail Stores, as well as
numerous AGS jewelry stores.
