WJA-MIDWEST HOLDS ‘SWINGING’ BENEFIT

The Midwest chapter of the Women’s Jewelry Association sponsored Swinging Safari, a benefit held on Sept. 9. The feature attraction was a live auction of one-of-a-kind treasure boxes created by 24 jewelry designers. The auction was conducted by Christie’s Auction House. All proceeds from the auction benefited the Chicago Abused Women Coalition.

Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daly proclaimed Sept. 9 Women’s Jewelry Association-Midwest Day in Chicago.
