Assael International has announced that effective June 9, Prince Dimitri of Yugoslavia joined the firm as vice president, creative director. The prince was previously senior vice president at Sotheby’s and international director of jewelry at Phillips. He created his own line of jewelry, “Prince Dimitri,” which is available at Barney’s and Bergdorf Goodman. He presented his line of jewelry with Assael during the JA International Jewelry Show held in New York in July.
